TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you have set a date and booked the venue it is time to order your save the date cards!

Next, we recommend you send out your invitations about 12 weeks before your wedding. However if you have guests coming from further a field or you plan to marry in the busy summer months it is advisable to send the invitations sooner rather than later, so...

We recommend you order your invitations (also any RSVP or INFORMATION CARDS) at least 4 months before the wedding date. An average* order takes approximately 4 weeks from order to delivery, please bear this in mind.

You may order your invitations separately first, so don't worry if you haven't yet finalised all the details needed for the other stationery items, you can order these at a later date. The order deadlines are below.

Order your order of service/day at least 8 weeks before the wedding, proofing should be checked by those involved in the ceremony.

Your table menus, place cards, table numbers/names seating plan and thank you cards need to be ordered at least 5 weeks before the wedding. For your menus, proofing should preferably be checked by your catering company.

All items will be delivered to you when completed except reception and ceremony stationery which will be delivered to you during the week before the wedding , unless otherwise agreed.
