Our order book fills fast! To avoid disappointment order early!!

- If you have set a date and booked the venue it is time to order save the date cards!

Next, we recommend you send out your invitations about 12 weeks before your wedding. However if you have guests coming from further a field or you plan to marry in the busy summer months it is advisable to send the invitations sooner rather than later, so...

- You need to order your invitations at least 5 months before the wedding date. Invitations will be delivered to you 20 working days , approx 4 weeks from the receipt of final signed proofs and payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may order your invitations separately first, so don't worry if you haven't yet finalised all the details needed for the other stationery items, you can order these at a later date. The order deadlines are below.

- Order your order of service/day at least 8 weeks before the wedding, proofing should be checked by those involved in the ceremony.

- Your table menus, place cards, table numbers/names seating plan and thank you cards need to be ordered at least 5 weeks before the wedding. For your menus, proofing should preferably be checked by your catering company.

Unless otherwise agreed, all items will be delivered to you when completed. 

This schedule allows ample time for all the proofing stages. These are our preferred deadlines, however it may be possible to agree another timescale, please contact us for more information.
