To personalise your chosen
wedding stationery design, you need to provide us with the following information. We would
prefer this to be sent by email. All your text will be typeset
in the font and format appropriate your chosen design.
Cover wording (if applicable)
Some of our designs use both your full names and/or just your Christian
names, for example the invitation may read Elizabeth Helen Woods and
Julian James Smith, but the order of service may read Liz and Julian. It
is important you tell us exactly how you wish your names to appear on
your stationery.
Invitation wording
Please give the text you wish us to typeset for the inside of your day
invitations and evening invitations. We also need the names of the
guests if you are having their names printed in the invitations (please
note we need these before the proof can be prepared). Your text will be
typeset using the font and format appropriate to your chosen design.
Rsvp cards with return addressed envelope
Please give the text you wish to use and the address to where the
replies should be sent.
Guest information cards
Please give the text you wish us to typeset for your information cards,
e.g. hotel information, directions, taxi firm numbers.
Order of service/ day
Please give the text you wish us to typeset for your order of
service/day. Please include all wording for your chosen hymns if
necessary. If you wish to acknowledge them, we need the names of your
bridal party and celebrant and the names of any people reading or any
performers. We also require the titles and composers of any music used.
Please note you are solely responsible for gaining the copyright of any
hymn words to be used. |

Table menu or menu place cards
Please give the text you wish us to typeset for your table menu. For the
'menu place cards' we will also require a list of guests names, please
provide this on a separate page.
Named place cards
For this we will require a list of guests names.
Table names
Please give the names you wish us to typeset for your table names.
Table plan
Please give the names you wish us to typeset for your table plan in list
format under the table name/number title; please make sure the names are
in the
sequence you wish them to be printed in.
Escort cards
Please give the names you wish us to typeset and the table name or
number they have been allocated.
