Save the date cards
These are a clever way of asking your wedding guests to keep the date of
your big day free! You need one per household invited. You do not send a
card to the guests invited to the evening reception only.
Invitations, Reply and guest
information cards
You need to order and send one invitation per household with a few
spares to accommodate mistakes or for a 'reserve list' if you have one.
Reply cards can be sent with all invitations. These are printed with
a return addressed envelope, prompting a quick response from your
guests. Information cards are an easy way to give directions or
accommodation details to guests; you need to order 1(set) per invitation
sent.
Order of service, order of day
booklets or cards
The order of service details your religious wedding ceremony giving the
words of any hymns etc. and it usually acknowledges the people involved
in the ceremony. The order of day can detail a civil ceremony and the
running order of the day. Both usually show any readings or music used.
The OOS/OOD card shows only a brief outline of the ceremony or day
order. All give your guest's a lovely memento of the day. As a guide,
you need to order one booklet for each couple but remember those
attending the wedding alone and one each for the wedding party
(including yourselves!). Copies may also need to be given to members of
the church, choir, or the organist etc.
Menus, menu place cards or place
cards
Menus are an informative way for your reception tables to follow your
stationery theme. Allow a minimum of 3 menus per round table, with extra
for the top table. If using the blank place cards you'll need to order a
place card per guest with a few extras in case of mistakes. You only
need to order place cards for the number of guests attending if we are
printing their names. Menu place cards combine a personal menu and place
card, you need to order one per person. |

Table names or numbers
Again this is a lovely way of continuing the theme of your wedding.
Table names make the reception more personal, are an ice breaker/
talking point and avoid table number envy!
You need one per table, remembering to include the top table.
Seating plan
This is sited at the entrance to your reception room and shows your
guests where they are to be seated. You only need to order the one.
ESCORT CARDS
This is a way of showing your guests the table they are to be seated at.
They are folded tent cards printed with the guests’ name and their table
allocation. You need to order the one per guest or couple. They are
placed alphabetically on a table at the entrance to your Wedding
Breakfast room. There are different options, please {
click here } for more information.
Thank you cards
You need one per household who attended the wedding or one per person,
couple or family who gave a gift. Our Thank you cards are left blank so
you can write your own personal message.
