How long will it take to receive my order?   From the receipt of the order and 50% deposit an average order takes 6 weeks to delivery.

When and how do I pay for everything?   A 50% deposit is required with the order, the balance is due with the returned signed off proofs, an invoice is included with your proof pack. We accept cheques and bank transfers.

What is included in the price?   All artwork, colour matching, proofing (with the exception of the Order of service) and subsequent amendments and envelopes where stated.

Can I change the colour of a design? Yes you can change the colours. Please note however, due to the surface finish of the card we use some colours may not be suitable. Also the pearl card surface finish may result in slight colour variations from printed item to item. This is due to the light reflective particles and in no way effects the quality of your finished product. This is beyond our control, we do however, whenever possible, use the same batch of card for your order to avoid or minimise these colour variations.

Can I change the font used in a design?   As the stationery is designed with appropriate typefaces and on many the font is an integral part of the design. We do not recommend changing the fonts.

What should I write on the cover and on the inside of my invitations?   Click here

Can I have my guest's names printed on the invitations?   Yes, this costs 15p invitation. Please note we will need the guest list sent to us before the proof can be prepared.

If I find I haven't ordered enough, can I order more?   Please order extra items, this takes into account any mistakes you may make or a ‘reserve list’. All our stationery is printed to order so if you do need any extras it is possible for us to print them, however we cannot guarantee delivery dates and postage will be charged for this extra delivery.

Will I need to do anything to my stationery when it arrives? No, unless you have ordered CHARM, PARIS or BEAUTY invitations. These designs when printed with guests names or left blank for you to write are delivered with the bows left for you to tie, instructions will be enclosed with the parcel. If you have ordered them with a non specific wording we tie the ribbons for you.

All reception/ceremony stationery will be delivered with ribbons/ bows tied, apart from the tag place cards which are sent with the ribbon left for you to attach in the appropriate manner. Folded place cards are delivered flat with a scored line for you to easily fold.
